At Gift Creations, we believe in transparency, fairness and thoughtful customer service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we've outlined our policies below. These are designed to protect both your investment and the time, care and quality that go into each handcrafted basket.

Deposit Policy💲

Every order requires a deposit so we can begin sourcing the products and assembling your unique gift basket:

~ Pre-made Baskets: $75 deposit

~ Custom Baskets: Deposit varies on the design and what it contains

Cancellation Policy❌

Since each basket is built to order, 20% of your deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel. This helps cover upfront costs such as product sourcing and travel expenses.

~ $75 deposit = $15 non-refundable / $60 refundable

~ $150 deposit = $30 non-refundable / $120 refundable

We value your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions your may have before placing your order.

Turnaround Time🕓

We begin preparing your basket shortly after your deposit is placed. Typical processing times are:

~ Pre-made baskets: 2 - 3 business days

~ Custom baskets: 4 - 7 business days

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - just ask!

Proof of Authenticity🛍️

We proudly use authentic, brand-name items when requested such as Michael Kors, Miss Dior, Calvin Klein, Nike, and many other designer products for your custom design baskets. These are sourced directly from official websites or reputable retailers. To give you peace of mind, we can provide proof of authenticity upon request. This may include:

~ Photos of receipts (with personal details blurred)

~ SKU numbers or tags

~Official product packaging or branded shopping bags

Delivery & Pick Up🚚

We currently offer the following options:

~ Free Local delivery in all of Bloomsburg, PA

~ Delivery in nearby cities for a low cost fee

~ Pick-up by appointment

We coordinate directly with you to make sure your gift arrives on time and in perfect condition. Before your gift is delivered or picked up, we'll send you a photo of the completed basket so you can review the final look. If you'd like any small adjustments, we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Final Sales🔒

Once a basket is approved and delivered or picked up, all sales are final. Due to the custom and personal nature of each gift, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after delivery/pickup.

Loyalty Rewards: Order 4 baskets and get your 5th basket 50% off (up to $300 value). Reward applies to pre-made baskets and custom luxury baskets.

Giveaways: Every 10 customers, you will be entered to win a free gift! Our two options are Sutter Home White Zinfandel 1.5L (large bottle) of wine or a bottle of Jack Daniels Old no. 7 Tennessee Whiskey 750ml. The giveaway will be announced on all of our social media platforms so make sure to follow us! The winner will be announced within 24 hours of the giveaway announcement. The winner will choose one of the two gift options and will be able to pick up their gift at their earliest convenience!
